Thank you for visiting oakpointpto.com!  The Oak Point PTO is a volunteer organization made up of parents who partner closely with OP staff and community members to support our school and its students.  Our volunteers organize a variety of events throughout the school year that help enrich the lives of our entire student body and we rely on fundraising efforts to help fund essential resources that our school may not otherwise have available.  Our goal is to give our students opportunities to experience people, places, and things that they otherwise wouldn't get the chance to participate in if our school relied solely on its district budget.


How Do I Get Involved?

An easy way for you to get involved is to come to one of our general meetings. You can also visit our website, like us on Facebook, and/or follow us on Twitter to keep up to date with the latest PTO news. Watch your email for PTO Blackboard messages (often labeled "A Message from the PTO") that arrive about once monthly during the school year.

We encourage you to become involved with the PTO in whatever way you are able - there are so many ways!  We could not run any of our events (such as Carnival, Staff Appreciation Week, and Scholastic Book Fairs) successfully without the help of our fantastic volunteers.  We are always looking for parents and family members to help at times that work with your schedule.
