Oak Point Carnival: January 29, 2016 between 5:30-8:30PM
The annual school carnival is one of Oak Point Elementary’s major fundraising events. This fun-filled evening for kids of all ages serves to raise funds used to support many activities and programs at Oak Point.
A parent information packet on the Carnival will be distributed to students by January 8. You can download the packet here. Everything you need to know about the Carnival is in this packet. A flyer was sent home via Peachjar on January 19. You can download the flyer here.
Please note that Carnival is not a drop-off event. Parents should attend Carnival with their children.

Important Dates to Remember:
January 13, 2016:
Donate to the Used Book Sale. Drive up and drop off books between 9-9:30AM in the upper parking lot. Volunteers will help unload your books.
Deadline to order wristbands, raffle tickets, food (Meal Deal & custard tickets), and premium parking raffle tickets in advance via the Carnival Response Envelope. Please note that prices for wristbands and raffle tickets are lower if pre ordered rather than purchased day of the carnival. Meal Deal pricing is not available day of the carnival.
January 20, 2016: Donate to the Used Book Sale. Drive up and drop off books between 9-9:30AM in the upper parking lot. Volunteers will help unload your books.
January 22, 2016:
Deadline to deliver purchased grade level items for Candy Bar and Munchie Walk and Pop Toss. Monetary donations for these items are also accepted.
Deadline to donate to the silent auction and deliver items to school.
Deadline to deliver purchased items to the grade level Theme Baskets Raffle. Monetary donations for these items are also accepted.
Deadline to donate books to the used book drive. A drop off box will be located by the Oak Point Welcome Desk (under the stairs) for books donated anytime during the school day from January 7 – January 22. If your child attends the Y before or after school, a drop off box will be located by the Y check in and check out from January 7 – January 22.
